Our Fitness Centre, operated by Natural High, is a family-friendly facility. We believe that fitness is as much for kids as it is for adults. As such, we invite youth 12 years of age and older to utilize the Fitness Centre’s weight room and access fitness programs on their own. Children ages 6-11 can also access the Fitness Centre anytime as part of a Family Pass, and with direct parental or guardian (over age 18) supervision at all times.

Normal Business Hours
Mondays – Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Fridays: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Holidays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
