A critical discussion to inform policy decisions before the international climate conference in Paris

Two Green Party members have taken the initiative to organize a panel discussion on Alberta’s options for putting a price on carbon.

The highly qualified presenters have generously agreed to speak to this important issue at the first event in Calgary and then at a repeat in Red Deer. We expect some informative, engaging, and interactive discussions during this critical time, while our provincial Government is seeking input into a new Climate Change Strategy.

Speakers

  • Sarah Dobson, Research Associate, Energy and Environmental Policy at the U of C School of Public Policy
  • Chelsea Erhardt, Environmental Markets Specialist, Capital Power Corporation
