Coaldale, Alberta – Coaldale RCMP are investigating the theft of traffic safety lights at a Lethbridge County bridge located at Township Road 100 and Range Road 204. Surveillance cameras have identified one suspect as being responsible. Additional surveillance camera photos have identified a “vehicle of interest”. Photographs of this vehicle and suspect is attached below. The truck is unique in that it is an older model blue Dodge truck with aftermarket rims and a “Browning” symbol attached to the rear window. The theft or damaging of safety lights meant to keep the public safe during construction projects is taken very serious. This is a criminal offence that could lead to serious injures to innocent motorists.
