Calgary Police Service – Following a plea by the families of Nathan O’Brien and Kathryn and Alvin Liknes, the Calgary Police Service received numerous tips that are currently under investigation.
Messages of support for the family have come in from across the country and a blog has been established as a dedicated place for those messages, along with information on how to reach Crime Stoppers. The blog can be found at www.nathankathyalvin.com.
As mentioned in an earlier release, investigators will be stationed at the Parkhill Community Centre today, Thursday, July 3, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. to speak with anyone who attended the estate sale at the missing couple’s residence on the weekend. Anyone who purchased items from the sale is also asked to bring photos of the items to help establish an inventory of the home. The Parkhill Stanley Park Community Hall is located at 4013 Stanley Road S.W.
