Turner Valley School: Leprechaun Trap Building

Challenge in the Learning Commons

Leprecaun traps - TV SchoolHello Artists!

It’s time for the tricky leprechaun trap building challenge. This is a fun St Patrick’s Day design process for you and your family to participate in.

A Leprechaun trap can be made out of virtually anything…and might include lots of glittery materials and tiny treats to tempt little people…maybe even some lucky charms!

You just have to be able to carry your creation into the Learning Commons. Perhaps leave a side door for the leprechauns to escape, just in case they don’t find the trap funny…the last thing we need in the library on St. Patrick’s Day is a grumpy leprechaun!!!

Design and build your trap and bring it to display in the library learning commons by noon on March 14th to be in time for St. Patrick’s Day.

This extravaganza is a challenge for all ages, so please include a piece of paper with your name, age and title of your piece when you turn it in.

Make it colorful and have fun! I can’t wait to see your creations.

Good Luck!
From Mrs. Webb
