TransCanada will be hosting an open house on the proposed Western Alberta Main Loop route that will include a compressor station in Turner Valley. The Turner Valley compressor station will include:
- Expansion of existing compressor station located approximately 3 km (2 miles) northwest of Turner Valley
- Addition of a new unit building, new aerial coolers, and new auxiliary coolers
