National Health and Fitness Day

National Health and Fitness banner v2 2016 (1)The Town of Okotoks has proclaimed Saturday, June 4 as National Health and Fitness Day. Enjoy fun and free family activities at the Okotoks Recreation Centre, Pason Centennial Arena and the Crescent Point Regional Field House (formerly Legacy Field House)! For a full list of activities, schedule, as well as other ways to get active as a family, visit the Town of Okotoks website.

Water Spray Park Now Open

Okotoks Spray ParkDuring seasonal operation the park is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. when the temperature is above 20ºC. The park will be open until the third week in August, when it will close to commence construction on an expansion project that includes new fun water features and public washrooms on site.

Expansion Open House

An open house event will be held on Wednesday, June 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Okotoks Recreation Centre Lobby. Several spray park feature options will be on display/ families will have the chance to vote on the colours and features they like best.

Recreation, Parks and Leisure Master Plan Survey

We are planning for the future of recreation, parks, and leisure in Okotoks and we need your help!Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts about recreation, parks, and leisure in Okotoks. Households in Okotoks will be receiving a letter with a unique survey access code. Please watch for this letter in your mailbox in early June. Use the access code to participate in the web-based survey.
