Thank you to Town residents and businesses for doing your part and adhering to the scheduled watering days and times. The recent heavy rainfall has assisted in returning the water levels in our reservoirs to normal heading into this weekend.
While the community did a great job last week, further prolonged periods of hot, dry weather, are in the forecast. The Town’s water supplier, EPCOR, is working closely with the Town to monitor water levels. Let’s continue to be water smart over the coming weeks to ensure that our water reservoir levels remain stable.
Please be aware of your outdoor water consumption, as approximately 40% of summer water is utilized outdoors. In order to avoid further restrictions or an outdoor watering ban being imposed, it is extremely important that residents adhere to the scheduled watering days and times assigned to their specific address.
Odd numbered addresses may water lawns (Addresses ending in 1,3,5,7,9)
Thursdays &/or Sundays
Even numbered addresses may water lawns (Addresses ending in 0,2,4,6,8)
Wednesdays &/or Saturdays
Watering may occur only during the following hours:
6:00 am – 9:00 am &/or 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
