HIGH RIVER, AB: The Town of High River has created an account to collect cash donations that will allow residents to directly contribute to recovery efforts in Fort McMurray/Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB).
Cash, debit, credit card and cheque donations (made payable to the Town of High River) will be accepted at the front reception area of the Joint Municipal Building located at 309B Macleod Trail S.W. Please note, donations of physical goods or supplies will NOT be accepted.
Tax receipts will be issued for any donations exceeding $20 as long as the donor fills out a tax receipt request form at the time of donation. Tax receipts will be mailed out prior to February 28, 2017.
