This program provides FREE winter clothing (jackets as well as snow pants, boots, hats and mittens) to those in need.
Turner Valley’s United Church in the Valley (125 Royal Ave):
- Winter clothing will be available Tuesdays from October 13 to December 16, 2015 between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
- Drop off gently used jackets to the church on Tuesday or Thursday.
- You can also drop donations off at the Turner Valley municipal office, the Black Diamond municipal office, Royal Bank or ATB.
Okotoks United Church (43 Riverside Drive)
Dates for 2015:
- Thursday October 29: 2:00 – 4:30pm
- Monday November 2: 6:00 – 8:30pm
- Thursday November 5: 2:00 – 4:30pm
- Monday November 9: 6:00 – 8:30pm
- Thursday November 12: 2:00 – 4:30pm (Last Day)
Donations can be made at drop-boxes located at the Okotoks Recreation Centre, Better Than Home Coin Laundry, Foothills Cleaners and Sobeys.
