The High River RCMP is Seeking Assistance in Identifying Vandals

20160427_203454High River, Alberta – On April 27th the High River RCMP were called to a rural location at the corner of 546 Avenue West and Coal Trail.  Overnight, an area resident had heard what was described as up to 20 gun shots.  While in the area, Police located 2 traffic signs that had been damaged from shot gun blasts and a number of shotgun shell casings were found laying on the roadway.

The evening prior, Police  received a similar complaint from 594 Avenue West and 64 Street, where 5 gun shots were heard.  Additionally a third complaint was called in on April 20th from an incident the night prior.  This report identified a silver or grey car with up to 4 occupants, however no make or model could be provided.   The Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a possible suspect or suspects in these related occurrences, and are asking the residents in that area to call if gun shots are being heard.
