The Grate Groan Up Spelling Bee is the hottest competition in the Foothills. This hilarious, action packed event has 12 teams of 3 adults competing in a battle for bragging rights to spelling supremacy. Each team collects pledges and donations that support literacy and learning. Team that collects the Gratest Pledges is awarded a trophy and the winner of the Spelling Bee is name the “Gratest Spelling Team”.
3rd Annual Grate Groan Up Spelling Bee will be held October 3rd 2015 at the historic Wales Theatre. Enter your team to win the honour of the Gratest Pledges Raised, Gratest Spellers and the Gratest Costumes.

Each team is encouraged to raise $3,000. Help us reach our fundraising goal. Funds will be used to help families and individuals build essential skills for success in family, work and community. Individuals can also help by registering as an individual and create their own Fundraising Page. Hard copy pledge sheets are available to donate off line.
