Strathmore, Alberta -On July 8th, 2016 the RCMP arrested a 71 year old male Richard Osborn White. White was charged with two counts of Sexual Assault, two counts of Sexual Interference and an Indecent Act. The incident took place at the Eagle Lake RV Resort just outside of Strathmore, Alberta on the above noted date.
White’s first court appearance date will take place July 19th, 2016 in Strathmore.
