Danielle Larivee, Minister of Service Alberta, issued the following statement:
“It’s clear that there were a number of problems with record keeping under the previous government. That’s why we implemented an immediate ban on document shredding when these concerns first came to light.
“The recommendations in this report help us identify some specific ways to improve so that Albertans can have confidence in the transparency and accountability of their government.”
