Musical performances at the 15 Minutes of Fame Music Festival include John Wort Hannam, Joal Kamps, Fools Tongue; Me & the Mrs. and many others, plus a Dubstep DJ from Edmonton; an interactive Improve Dance Group; a Fire Dancer and an all-male choir.
Rosebud, AB – “The 15 Minutes of Fame Music Festival is a diverse, one-day music festival featuring an eclectic mix of established artists as well as up-and-coming and amateur musicians from Alberta and BC,” says Event Manager, Carmen Paterson.

“During the course of the day you will hear everything from the sounds of blue grass and hip-hop to rock and roll and folk music. There may even be some ‘fire-breathing’. And definitely children dancing and singing. The Festival will also include a Vendor’s Lane and an Artistic Alley featuring local visual artists. Food and beverages will be supplied by local chefs from Wild Horse Jack’s Bistro and Grill and the Thorny Rose Café. Also, for the fourth year in a row one lucky audience member will get to be the subject of a free15 Minute of Fame Painting by local artist Randall Wiebe. Among the acts performing for the first time at Rosebud’s outdoor music festival will be Juno Award nominee and Canadian Folk Music Award winner, John Wort Hannam. The Fort MacLeod native’s style has been compared to the likes of John Prine, Louden Wainwright III, and Steve Earle. Also making their inaugural performance at the music festival are Gillian Genevieve Moranz (Fort MacLeod, AB); Rob Lagace (Calgary, AB); Mitch Belot, (Calgary, AB); The Giving Stories-Allison Zwozdesky & Alicia Ward (Improv Dance group focusing on audience base interaction, Calgary, AB) and The Dearhearts (Rosebud, AB).
