Red Deer RCMP seek public assistance to locate 32 year old Cecil Alberta

Red Deer RCMP would like to request public assistance to locate 32 year old Cecil James Alberta. He is known to spend time at various downtown locations, but numerous checks by RCMP have not located him yet. He has not been in touch with family for some time and they are concerned for his well-being.

Cecil Alberta is described as:

·         Caucasian

·         5’7″

·         185 lbs

·         Shaved red-brown hair

·         Brown eyes
