Cochrane RCMP are investigating a drive by shooting on the Stoney First Nation which has left one family fearful but unharmed. During the early morning hours of November 28, 2015, an unknown suspect(s) fired a high calibre round through the front door of the families residence from a nearby road. The bullet travelled through the front door and down the hallway of the house before exiting through the rear of the house. The Cochrane RCMP General Investigation Section continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information on the Stoney First Nation to contact the Cochrane RCMP or to report their information through Crime Stoppers.
