RCMP High River: Theft of Legion Donation Money


High River, Alberta – On November 8th, 2016 at approximately 7:30 pm, a male entered the Heritage Inn and stole the Legion poppy box left on the front counter. The male exited the building and removed an unknown amount of donated money before throwing the poppies on the ground and fleeing the area.

The male appears to be 17-20 years of age, with dark brown hair, a slim build and approximately 5’8” – 6’0” tall. If anyone recognizes the male shown they are urged to contact the High River RCMP.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have information regarding this type of occurrence to contact the High River RCMP at (403) 652-2357.
