RCMP High River – Robbery at Co-op Liquor

Channel15_20160211202038_070High River, Alberta – On February 11, 2016 at approximately 8:40 p.m., a lone male entered the Co-op Liquor Store located near the corner of 12th Avenue and 1st Street.  The male demanded money from the clerk while he kept one hand hidden inside the front of his jacket.  No weapon was produced or threatened and the male left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.  The two employees were unharmed.

The male suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately six feet tall with a heavier build.  The male was wearing a red winter jacket with the hood up, a grey toque over his face with eye holes cut out, black pants, grey/blue DC running shoes and was carrying a black backpack.   It is unknown at this time if the male fled on foot or in a vehicle.  Pictures of the suspect are attached.
