RCMP High River – Property Damage and Theft


Damage to Fence

High River, Alberta – On July 16th, 2016 at approximately 10:00 am, High River RCMP responded to a complaint of damage to a fence at a rural location just north of the community of Cayley, on Range Road 290 (104th Street east).  A north bound vehicle appears to have entered the east ditch, travelling approximately 100m through a fence, breaking off a large number of fence posts.  The incident is still under investigation and High River RCMP are looking for a vehicle with possible front end damage.

An update will be provided when new information becomes available.

Thefts from Motor Vehicles Cayley, Alberta
High River RCMP are investigating 4 thefts from motor vehicles parked on Niblock Street in Cayley, Alberta. The incidents occurred overnight on July 12th, 2016. No damage was done to the vehicles however several owners reported finding their vehicle contents strewn onto the ground.  Investigators are asking anyone who may have information regarding this occurrence to contact High River RCMP at 403-652-2357.
