High River, Alberta – On July 5, 2016 at approximately 11:15 am, High River RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 783 and 434 Avenue East. An east bound car struck a south bound minivan, causing both vehicles to go into the ditch. A female passenger in the minivan was transported to Foothills Hospital via STARS Air Ambulance with undetermined injuries. The female drivers of both vehicles were transported to the Foothills Hospital with unknown injuries. The collision is still under investigation and charges are pending.
