RCMP High River – Home Invasion

On October 5, 2014 at approximately 6:00 am, High River RCMP responded to a break and enter to a residence in the central southeast area of High River. Three males and a female allegedly went to a residence, where one of the males sprayed a resident of the home with pepper spray when the door was opened. The resident fled and the male entered the residence where he sprayed another male resident and hit him with a baseball bat. The male suspect was described as wearing a motorcycle helmet and either a balaclava or goggles. No description was given of the other two male suspects or the female suspect, although it is alleged that one of the other males was brandishing a weapon as well. A suspect vehicle seen at the location was described as an older model Suburban, brown or grey in colour. No licence plate was obtained. High River RCMP are investigating the matter, but little information was available from witnesses.
