RCMP High River – Drive by Shooting

 

High River, Alberta – On October 20th at approximately 1630 hrs a call was received regarding a possible drive by shooting in the Highwood Heritage Estates, west of the High River Cemetery.   Police attended the location, and discovered a truck parked near a home and the home itself with bullet holes.  No one was injured as a result of the discharge of the weapon, however a number of people were in the residence at the time.  The ongoing investigation suggests that this was not a random act, and the Community at large was not at risk.  Several leads are being investigated and the Police will not be releasing any additional information at this time.
