RCMP High river c/o Missing person – LOCATED

RCMP-Crest-insigne1-e1393524295759.jpgThe High River RCMP would like to thank the Public for their assistance on this matter.  As a result from a tip, called in by an area rancher, the Crowsnest Pass Search and Rescue sent out snowmobiles and located Mr Davis. His vehicle had left the road on Highway 40 or what is also know as the Forestry Trunk Road, north of Blairmore, Alberta.  At this time he is being transported to the hospital for an examination.

No additional information will be release.

Person Reported Missing – Ernest DAVIS

On February 9th, 2015 the High River RCMP were made aware of a missing 67 year old male. Ernest DAVIS left a residence in High River Alberta at approximately 2:00 P.M. on February 8th, 2015, to travel back to his residence in Kimberly British Columbia.  DAVIS was driving a red Dodge Caravan with British Columbia License Plate number 588NVM.  It was believed that DAVIS would be travelling through Crowsnest Pass.  DAVIS has not been heard of since departure from High River.  No foul play is believed to be involved at this time.  Kimberly RCMP are aware of this matter and are assisting with the investigation.
