RCMP High River c/o Break and Enter and Theft of Vehicle


High River, Alberta – On June 2, 2014 at approximately 6 a.m., 2 suspects broke into a residence in the rural area east of Aldersyde and stole some money and removed the keys to the victim’s vehicle, which they then stole.  The suspects then left with this vehicle but returned it to the residence approximately 20 minutes later.

The victim provided a description of the 2 suspects, whom she observed leave in a second vehicle. This second vehicle is a burgundy Chevrolet Silverado and did not have a licence plate attached to it.  A photograph of this second vehicle is being released to seek  assistance from the public in identifying an owner.

image2The male suspect is described as stocky, around 5’8″, with black hair.  He was wearing a black ball cap, jeans and a black sweater.  The second suspect, a female, is described as thin, shorter, with dirty blond shoulder length hair.  The female was wearing a blue and grey pullover sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The suspects were also observed with a third vehicle, a white GMC Sierra dually, which was left at a nearby property. This vehicle had  not been reported as stolen by the owner.  This owner, who is a resident of Calgary, was contacted by Police and arrangements were made for the return of the truck.
