On August 4, 2014 at approximately 10:15 am, High River RCMP responded to a call of a possible body in the Lineham Creek near the foot bridge.
Police attended and located a deceased person in the river. At this time the identity of the person is not known, and the body has been transported to the Calgary Medical Examiner’s office.
It is still very early on in the investigation to comment on anything further in relation to the investigation, but the High River RCMP are asking anyone who may have been in the area of the foot bridge late yesterday evening into this morning.
