RCMP Brooks: Theft and Hit and Run Investigations

Theft of a Motorcycle 

Brooks, Alberta – Sometime between 8:00 P.M. on Friday May 27th, 2016 and 12:00 P.M. on Saturday May 28th, 2016, a 2003 red Honda CRF450R motorcycle was stolen from a backyard on 2nd Avenue West in Tilley, Alberta. The license plate on the motorcycle was CMT68. The bike was red and has white side panels with a sticker kit on the back fender. The bike was faded due to weather exposure, seemed almost black and the sticker “attention” can be found on it. There were no keys for the bike and it was valued at $2500.

Police are looking for any witnesses who may have observed this incident or any person who may have further information.  We are requesting the public’s assistance in solving this theft.

Hit and Run MVC

Brooks, Alberta – Sometime during the morning of Tuesday, May 24th, 2016 a 2012 black Ford F350 Lariat Edition pick-up truck with a lift kit was hit causing damage on the passenger side door. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot of either Walmart or Canadian Tire in Brooks, Alberta.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in solving this hit and run motor vehicle collision.
