RCMP Brooks: Farming Accident – Sudden Death

Brooks, Alberta– Brooks RCMP were called to assist EMS at a Rural residence on the Afternoon of July 3 2016. It was reported that a tractor and bailer had caught fire and the driver of the tractor received burns to the majority of her body.  Mary-Jane WICKERT, 88, was taken to a local hospital and then transported via STARS to a Calgary hospital where she died from her injuries. No one else was injured in this incident.
