RCMP Airdrie – Stolen Vehicle / Stolen Cell Phones / Arson to Gazebo

 

RCMP Request assistance to identify Suspect

London Drugs Theft 1Airdrie, Alberta – On January 21st, 2015, at approximately 4:05 pm, a lone male entered the London Drugs store in Airdrie.

The male collected three cellphones from the display case and departed the store making no attempt to pay.

On exit, the male entered a waiting new model silver SUV.

Security staff noticed the phones were missing and contacted Airdrie RCMP.

·         Caucasian

·         40’s

·         Light / grey hair

·         Heavy set / portly

·         Wearing black pants, a red sweater and a black hat.

RCMP is requesting anyone with information contact the Airdrie RCMP at 403-945-7200.

No one was injured during this event.

RCMP Seek Suspect with Stolen Truck

Stolen Vehicle Suspect 1Airdrie, Alberta – On January 24th, 2015, at approximately 6:25 am, Airdrie City RCMP was altered to a stolen vehicle.

A male suspect entered the Superstore Gas Bar on Veterans Blvd in Airdrie, and after a brief interaction with staff the male departed. RCMP were later contacted and video surveillance reviewed. Police checks on the vehicle, a white 1994 Ford F-250, was reported as stolen out of Calgary.

·         Caucasian

·         50-60 years of age

·         Dark hair

·         Dark beard

·         Jaw wired shut

·         Wearing a blue baseball cap and dark jacket

RCMP Investigate Arson to Gazebo in Coopers Neighbourhood

Airdrie, Alberta – On January 25th, 2015, at approximately 8:15 am, Airdrie Fire Service was called to a fire in a Greenspace on Coopers Drive.

A member of the public noticed the floor gazebo was on fire and called 911. The fire was extinguished resulting in the wooden floor of the gazebo being destroyed.

Airdrie City RCMP attended and completed neighborhood inquires.
