Fifteen people are expected to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. to face dozens of charges following searches in Saskatoon and other locations in Saskatchewan and Alberta yesterday.
The 15 are facing charges including drug trafficking, weapons, assault, and proceeds of crime.
The Saskatoon Police Service and the RCMP will hold a joint news conference at 1:00 p.m. today at Saskatoon Police Service Headquarters, main floor community room, to discuss the operation, the charges laid and the evidence seized. The media will also be able to view some of that evidence immediately following the news conference.
