Formerly First Saturdays, this monthly Street Festival of Arts & Culture now happens on select Saturdays throughout the summer months from 10 am to 4 pm. Come downtown to shop in our local art market and listen to the sounds of live local musicians on our outdoor stage. There will be free crafts for kids too. Relax on our new porch at the gallery and enjoy a cold beverage while the sights and sounds of culture envelope you.
The final two Summer Street Festivals will take place on August 9th (this Saturday!) and the 30th, 10am to 4pm each day. On the 30th the Festival will be held in conjunction with the Annual Chili Fest.
Tropical Fun with Okotoks Culture
The Okotoks Art Gallery and Okotoks Museum will be hosting a booth both Saturdays offering up non-alcoholic tropical drinks and a chance at prizes. Look for the wheel to spin for your chance at a tropical-themed prize.
All proceeds will go towards the Foothills Foundation for the recreation programs at Okotoks’ Sandstone Lodge and Black Diamond’s High Country Lodge.
