The Food Bank has new sliding shelves in their stock room!
Thank you to Glen for coordinating this project and our many volunteers for all your hard work. It was a 3-day marathon as we completely dismantled our rooms & had the new shelving installed. Stop by and have a look.
Thank you for the $2500 donation from the Charity Golf Tournament sponsored by the RCMP. These funds will go a long way towards defraying the cost.
We know every volunteer is going to appreciate the ease with which they can access our stock room supplies. The safety & efficiency of these new sliding/locking units is a real bonus.
Our old shelving is no longer needed and is available on a first-come-first-served basis until Aug 27. Contact Glen at tvchamb@telus.net or stop by the United Church between 1-3 on Tuesdays.
