A very successful community food drive by the local fire departments of Turner Valley, Black Diamond & Longview took place in early December. A HUGE THANK YOU to all the firemen/women, the food bank volunteers & the Scouts for their hard work unloading the food. Many hands sorted the donations & filled our storage rooms right up. You’re awesome!
Christmas Hamper Update & How You Can Help
We’re gearing up to pack & disburse Christmas hampers. The dates are:
- Dec 14 – morning – tables to be setup & boxes made for the hampers
- Dec 14 – afternoon – hamper boxes to be filled with non-perishables
- Dec 15 – finish any last minute hamper requests & return all other food to storage shelves
Dec 16 – morning – turkeys & milk to be picked up for hampers. Hamper pickup ALL DAY until complete
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR ALL 3 DAYS.

Toy Program
