Firefighter’s Community Food Drive: November 4th and 5th
It was ‘all hands on deck’ during this annual event. Turner Valley, Black Diamond and Longview firefighters went door-to-door collecting donations.
Many community volunteers, including the Scouts and Guides helped to sort, pack and weigh boxes and tidy up.
We calculate 545 hours were given to see this through from beginning to end.
We received approx. $36,767 in donations of food and cash.

Christmas Food Baskets: November 16th, 17th and 18th
We are still taking names for anyone in need of a Christmas Hamper.
Please stop by the Food Bank any Tuesday from 1-3pm or call 403-612-1291 to register.
Dec 16th and 17th we’ll be organizing & filling hampers. Dec 18th is pickup day from 10-4pm.
