Board Chair Christine Pretty was impressed by the PowerPoint presentations that Grade 4 students at Millarville Community School developed to showcase their mini-businesses and their learnings about how to do a bank deposit, customer service and advertising. Through their businesses, they raised a total of $415 for a year-end pizza party and charity. The students will donate $300 to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. Way to go kids!
