The Municipal District of Foothills No. 31 has declared a State of Local Emergency as of 17:45 hrs, March 31, 2015.
The M.D. of Foothills has declared a Local State of Emergency in response to the Wildland Fire North and East of the hamlet of Blackie, Alberta.
The Fire is travelling North of 498 Ave to 466 Ave and between 304 St. E and 336 St E.
If you are in the area you are encouraged to leave the area.
