There was music and food and cars on the streets of Black Diamond on Sunday for Marv’s Classic Soda Shop’s annual Show and Shine. The Foothills Lions Club was cooking up a storm with pancakes in the morning followed by BBQ’d burgers in the afternoon. There was dancing to the music of Marty Antonni and the Bee Bops behind Marv’s store and out front was Elvis! There were 179 cars on display this year with four that caught the eye of Marv and the attendees. The judging was difficult but four winners were chosen: Marv’s Pick, Best Hot Rod, Original and a People’s Choice.
