Need a stocking stuffer for that horse lover? Why not try Jump Girl, the newest fiction novel from Leigh Hutton? Set in the world of international show jumping, the book tells the story of Ebony Scott Harris, a teenager (and World Equestrian Games hopeful) who is mourning the death of her adoptive mother. Ebony sets out to prove the truth about her mother’s death and also save her horses from her ex-coach and her crazy aunt.
Leigh is an international dirt bike champion and former show jumper. She’s an adrenaline junkie that created The Go Girls Chronicles, a series of books with girls and women as the main characters. All the books are set around sports with plenty of action and romance. Her first book, Rev Girl, is about a dirt bike racer. Hutton was born and raised in Millarville and now lives in southeast Queensland, Australia with her family.
About Leigh
Leigh Hutton is a former News Ltd journalist and champion dirt bike racer and horse show jumper. She was born and raised in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and lives with her husband and three children on a rural property in southeast Queensland, Australia. When she isn’t wrangling the kids, swilling coffee, or writing, she loves to read, watch good TV and movies, shop, hit the beach, ride her motorbike and daydream about gorgeous horses. Her family spell race horses at their property so visiting them and getting to know each one is also a favourite pastime of her and her children. She started writing REV GIRL after the birth of her first child, and is ecstatic to be drawing on her experiences to bring you the exciting novels of The Go Girls Chronicles . . .
