8:45am Update:
EMS have confirmed that one woman was pronounced dead at the scene and one man has been transported by STARS to the Foothills Hospital in Calgary.

An accident on HIghway #22 near 242 Avenue has closed the highway in both directions until further notice.
STARS ambulance has been called to the scene of this two vehicle incident.
