High Rvier Planning and Development Services Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey

HIGH RIVER, AB: The Town’s Planning and Development Services Division has launched a survey that invites residents, developers and business owners/operators to share ongoing feedback on their interactions with Town staff.

“Our division hosted workshops in October 2015 and April of this year and, based on the feedback from participants, we are offering this survey so we can further evaluate our level of customer service,” said Khalid Mohammed, manager of planning and development services for the Town.

The nine-question multiple choice survey will evaluate staff response times, general communication and file management. There will also be an opportunity for respondents to suggest if and how the division can improve their customer service practices.

“High River is a people first community and we want to hear from you! This survey will remain open and all customers of the department will be encouraged to take it after each interaction with staff,” adds Mohammed. “This will help us evaluate and improve our processes and continue to provide excellent service.”

The survey is now open and any High River residents, business owners/operators or developers who have interacted with the Planning and Development Services Division are invited to share their comments. The survey will be ongoing and semi-annual reports of the feedback will be presented to Council and shared on the Town’s website.
