High River, AB: The Town of High River has been made aware of a printer error that has resulted in approximately one-third of High River utility customers failing to receive their September/October utility bills.
The bills were printed and mailed through a third party contractor at the end of November and the Town has been notified that some customers did not receive their usual bill.
The error has been corrected and bills will be re-issued this week to those customers who did not receive their bill. These customers will have until December 31, 2015 to pay their invoice.
Customers can also sign up to receive their utility and tax bills via email by completing and returning the registration form that can be accessed at www.highriver.ca under the ‘Residents’ menu by selecting the ‘Water & Utility Services’ OR ‘Tax & Assessment’ tabs.
