High River RCMP – Arrest in Local Break and Enters

25711525963_aca009b72a_zHigh River, Alberta – With assistance of the Calgary Police Service, High River RCMP have laid charges against a 50 year old male, Douglas PENTLAND, in connection with 4 break and enters in the Town of High River.

PENTLAND is charged with 4 counts of break and enter to a residence and 8 counts of possession of property obtained by crime.

The High River RCMP are continuing to investigate and advise homeowners to protect their properties by securing basement windows with bars, making sure they are locked but accessible in the event of a fire, and by installing a home security system with sensors for the overhead garage and main doors.
