High River RCMP seek public assistance to locate wanted man – UPDATE – ARRESTED

High River, Alta. – High River RCMP located Robert Duane Vincent with the assistance of the Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Unit, Nanton RCMP and Claresholm RCMP. He was arrested without incident.

At the time of his arrest, Vincent was found to be in possession of stolen property and was subsequently charged with possession of stolen property.

He has two court dates and will be appearing in Okotoks Provincial Court on Dec. 18, 2019, for the previous charges and Fort Macleod Provincial Court on Dec. 18, 2019, for the recent charges. He was released for both after a judicial hearing.

 The High River RCMP would like to thank the public for the tips that led to Vincent’s arrest.

High River, Alta. – RCMP are seeking information on the whereabouts of Robert Duane Vincent. Vincent is of no fixed address, but frequents the High River area. Vincent is considered to be armed and dangerous. If seen, do not approach him and call police.

Vincent is currently wanted for:
– Careless use of firearm
– Possession of weapon dangerous to the public
– Possession of stolen property over $5000
– Possession of stolen property under $5000
– Uttering threats (2 counts)
– Mischief
– Fail to comply with probation order
– Possess weapon contrary to prohibition order (3 counts)
