Parent Link Centre
The Parent Link Centre will be closed starting on Monday, Dec. 21 for the facility’s annual cleaning (Excluding Dec. 22 from 9:30-11 a.m. for the Christmas Party). Regular hours and programs will resume on Monday, Jan 4.

Changes to garbage pick-up over holidays
There will be some changes to regular garbage pick-up on December 25 and on January 1.
These changes will only affect the S.E. High River neighbourhoods of Hampton Hills Estates and Sunshine Meadows (Click here to see map)
If your normal collection day is: Friday, Dec. 25
Your collection day over the holidays will be: Thursday, Dec. 24
If your normal collection day is: Friday, Jan. 1
Your collection day over the holidays will be: Thursday, Dec. 31
Regular garbage pick-up will resume the week of January 4.
Residents encouraged to recycle their Christmas trees
The Town of High River is encouraging residents to take their Christmas trees to the temporary drop-off centre after the holiday season. Please remove all decorations and tinsel. The drop-off centre will be located in the Town operations yard at 640 7 Street N.W. from Dec. 29, 2015 – Jan. 15, 2016. Wrapping paper and boxes can be taken to the Recycling Centre at 640 7 Street N.W.
