HIGH RIVER, AB: Television crews will be in High River on Monday, July 23, and Tuesday, July 24 to continue filming a popular drama.
Early morning and afternoon scenes will be filmed in George Lane Memorial Park, and on a set on 3 Avenue S.W.
On Monday, July 23 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., filming will take place at the east end of 3 Avenue S.W. at 1 Street S.W. (near the 7 eleven intersection). Crews will need to perform intermittent traffic control at the intersection for 3-5-minute intervals while cameras are rolling.
To ensure picture continuity, the stop sign on the southwest corner of 3 Avenue and 1 Street S.W. will be replaced with a crew member who will be controlling traffic.
On Tuesday July 24, from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m., crews will move to 9 Avenue S.E between 1 Street S.E. and the end of the street/cul-de-sac. There will be parking restrictions in the area to accommodate filming.
Starting on Friday, July 20, most crew vehicles will be parked in the lot behind the Museum of the Highwood and on 4 Avenue between 4 and 6 Street.
