Eight dedicated and inspiring recipients were celebrated at the 2015 Minister’s Seniors Service Awards at Government House.

Winners were selected from 81 nominees – 59 individuals and 22 organizations. This year’s award recipients include Gladys Johnson, a Rimbey-area volunteer for more than 60 years, and the Golden Dreams Band that gigs 50 times a year from Edmonton to Westlock.
“I’m proud to present this year’s Minister’s Seniors Service Awards to a group of truly inspiring Albertans. By volunteering time, skill, energy and compassion, these award winners have improved the lives of seniors across the province. I thank each of you for your dedication and care.”
