A concert held at the Red Deer Lake United Church on July 26th saw friends and fans come together to support musician Bruce Innes. Bruce was badly hurt in a freak accident in Idaho last fall.
The concert sold out and nearly $25,000 was raised…..but the donations are continuing!
Bruce and his wife Wanda attended the concert. They took to the stage to thank everyone and then Bruce sang one of his songs to the delight of the audience!

This was an amazing thing that friends of Bruce and Wanda did; the organizers and performers deserve a huge thanks also (and many more behind the scenes that are not named!).
