Airdrie RCMP – Seeking public assistance locating additional person charged in homicide


Airdrie, Alberta – On September 18, 2015 the Airdrie RCMP were called to a vehicle fire on the outskirts of the City.  The charred remains of Mohammed SAQIB were located in the vehicle. The investigation was treated as a homicide and as the investigation progressed evidence was recovered which supported this belief.

On September 24, 2015 RCMP major Crimes arrested and charged two brothers in the case.

  • Theo WHEYEE, 20 years if age, of Calgary
  • Julius WHEYEE, 28 years of age, of Calgary,

The RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a third person responsible for this homicide, 29 year old Saad Mohamed OSMAN (who may also go by the first name of “Mustafa”) of Calgary; he is  described as:

  • Male
  • Dark skinned
  • Black Hair
  • Brown eyes
  • 5’8”
  • 154 lbs 

Saad Mohamed OSMAN  is wanted on the following charges:

  • one count of 2nd degree Murder;
  • one count of indignity to a body and;
  • one count of Arson.
