This year, in the spirit of volunteerism and giving, our Junior High students at Red Deer Lake School will be taking Thursday December 3 to volunteer in our local community. Students will choose to donate their time with such organizations as The Mustard Seed, The Veteran’s Food Bank, The Beverly Centre, Millrise Senior’s Village, Park Clean Up at Lloyd Park, The Drop in Centre and Foothills Magic of Christmas.
Instead of the angel tree this year, we are hoping that all Red Deer Lake Students would like to be involved with bringing a donation in the spirit of community volunteerism, to help someone in need have a Merry Christmas.
How can you help?
Any of the following items will be gratefully accepted!
