RCMP Pincher Creek- Fatal Motor Vehicle Roll Over, 5 Passengers Injured
Pincher Creek, Alberta- On April 23, 2016 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Pincher Creek RCMP and emergency services responded to a serious motor vehicle roll over near Cameron Lake in Waterton National Park.
The pick up truck was travelling south bound on Cameron Lake road when it left the road and rolled down a embankment into a creek bed.
The driver of the vehicle was ejected from the truck and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The five occupants managed to exit the vehicle and call for help, all suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The road to Cameron Lake is closed until the investigation is complete.
Alcohol and speed are believed to be contributing factors.
The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time. All occupants are from the Cardston AB. area.
Pincher Creek RCMP are continuing to investigate.
An update will be provided when new information becomes available.
RCMP, Fort Macleod – 5 Charged After Drug Seizure – Update # 1
Kimberly CREIGHTON, age 56 of Fort Macleod, Alberta has been charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of weapons dangerous to the Public peace and possessing a firearm without a licence. She has been released from custody to appear in Fort Macleod Provincial Court on June 1, 2016 to answer to the charges.
